Local Area: This apartment is situated on the Costa Calida at the northern end of La Manga strip. “La Manga” which means “sleeve” in Spanish, and this strip or sleeve of land between the two seas enjoys its own micro climate with air & sea temperatures of a few degrees more than other surrounding areas. The numerous sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are extremely safe & shallow, making it an ideal place for children and water sports.
