Key Holding

We offer a key holding service to allow access to your property for both guests and tradesmen upon request. For a one off annual charge this will include:

  • Monthly external and Internal inspections (incident report to client on a monthly basis)
  • Storm damage checks when applicable (reported damage when applicable)
  • Inform client of any problem that requires immediate attention
  • Check mail box weekly and forward on to client if requested
  • Air property on a regular basis
  • Switch on air conditioning/electricity boiler prior to arrival when requested
  • 6 monthly newsletter for all clients, detailing resort/s progress and any local activities.

Welcome Packs

Welcome packs are highly recommended for any guests visiting, and are supplied for a small charge (POA). We can offer Welcome Packs ranging from:

  • The Basics (eggs, milk, water, tea, bread, butter, preserves, juice, wine & beer, coffee, cheese, ham and cereal).

We can also help with individual requests for special occasions eg wine, champagne, chocolates, flowers, fruit baskets and we can give prices on application (POA).

Meet ‘n Greet

All guests will be met upon arrival to the resort and your house rules explained. Contact details for any issues will be given and local maps and information will be left in a visitors pack. This service is included in the price of the clean/laundry/meet and greet.

Cleaning

Full clean upon departure of guests will include:

  • All areas swept and mopped
  • Polish and vacuum where required
  • Full kitchen clean including all appliances
  • All bed linen changed and laundered, all 2 week stays will have a change of linen, £15 charge will apply (all linen is provided by In-One PM)
  • Bathroom/s including wc’s etc
  • Change towels (provided by In-One PM)
  • Toilet rolls changed and stocked
  • Change tea towels (provided by In-One PM)
  • Sweep and tidy all outside areas
  • Clean windows (internally)
  • All bins emptied
  • Full security and damage check completed (extra scheduled cleans can be accommodated upon request over a 2 week stay :POA)
  • Also available pre-clean for holiday home owners before arrival. This will include the above.
  • External windows cleaned once a month or as required (POA).

Note: All departures must vacate by 10 am and no new guests to arrive prior to 4 pm (unless by prior arrangement). Spring cleaning prices are available upon application.

Maintenance and Repair

In-one property management will take care of any eventualities with regards to maintenance and any repairs required. No work will be undertaken without prior consent from the client. All work done by tradesmen will be supervised and checked upon completion to a satisfactory standard.

Gardening Service

The gardening service can be tailored to each clients needs:

  • Grass cutting & borders (tidying and weeding)
  • Watering lawn and plants, patio jet washing
  • Supply and planting plus any ad-hoc requests

Pool Maintenance

All aspects of pool cleaning can be done:

  • Pool cleaning/vacuuming
  • Water level checks
  • Water testing/chemical handling
  • Poolside cleaning
  • Any repairs required supervised
